Poken is looking for passionate web and Java developers.

Work in direct contact with people who lead the development of a product that will revolutionize Social Networking. Join a team of high skilled, highly motivated people, and become an expert as you take part in developing some of our core web services.

We are looking for experienced, multi-talented programmers who are skilled in at least a few of these areas:
- Core Java development. (MySql, JUnit, JPA and EJB)
- Web development (CSS, XHTML, Javascript)
- Server development (Java, richfaces and JSF)
- Administrative knowledge (Linux, Glassfish, MySql)
- Social network integration (FBML, Facebook, Open Social)
- Integration with bleeding-edge web services
- API development

Your actual job description will be tailored based on your expertise.

Our current core tools are eclipse, svn, linux and java, but feel free to use the tools you are productive with. We are looking for people that are able to work with partial specs and using a rapid development approach. We favor clever, passionate, team-oriented people who are capable of working independently. As we are a small team, everyone needs to be an expert in many different domains.

We are located in the center of Lausanne near Globus, walking distance from the central train station, in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.

Being able to communicate in English is a must.

Student/Stagiaire en informatique - Etudiant

Poken, un startup Lausannoise à fort potentiel, recherche un(e) stagiaire en informatique.

Étoffez votre CV en vivant la vie d'entreprise dans un cadre dynamique, jeune et pro, tout en côtoyant la crême de la crême des informaticiens.

Minimum: 10-15 heures par semaines.

Valeur ajoutée du candidat
- A l'aise avec l'informatique. (important, vous savez vous adapter rapidement à un nouveau programme)
- Comprenant l'anglais écrit. (indispensable)
- Écrivant le français sans fautes. (éventuellement)
- Écrivant l'allemand sans fautes. (éventuellement)

Suivant vos compétences, votre rapidité et votre intégration à l'équipe, ceci peut déboucher sur une embauche définitive, un salaire plus élevé ou une intégration au projet plus importante.

Si vous êtes à l'aise avec le développement Java, particulièrement serveurs (JSF, EJB), un peu « hackeur » dans l'âme, votre profil peut aussi nous intéresser. Contactez-nous.
